We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read and understand our Return Policy, which is a condition of purchase at checkout. EcoSleepShop Organics reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice, as required by our manufacturers and suppliers.

Merchandise is shipped directly from the supplier to provide customers with the best value for their purchases. EcoSleepShop's Return policy comes directly from the return policies of our suppliers and manufacturers, some of which are are itemized below for your information. As an EcoSleepShop customer, EcoSleepShop's policy applies to all purchases on this web site.

In all policies:

• Organic bedding that is used, washed, damaged, permeated with personal odors, is never returnable under any circumstances.
• No silk products may be returned unless clearly damaged during shipment, or if wong product is shipped, for replacement only. Silk providers will not refund!

EcoSleepShop's Return Policy:

Please remember that we, and most of our suppliers, are small businesses that can not resell used organic bedding per federal law.

• Organic bedding may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original packaging, unopened and unused. Authorization is required. Email us at customerservice@ecosleepshop.com to request RMA.
• 20% restocking fee will be applied to any credit.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• Manufacturers, and EcoSleepShop, reserve the right to refuse returns if above conditions are not met.
• Kumi Kookoon Silk Bedding is not refundable! Let us know if you received product damaged in transit only, or if the wrong product shipped and Call Tag will be issued for pickup and replacement.

Exceptions

Defective merchandise, or wrong item shipped: Please contact EcoSleepShop by email right away and we will arrange for the supplier to immediately send a replacement, and arrange a UPS Call Tag pickup at no cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

You have 48 hours from date order is placed to cancel. Please remember that in many cases you did not pay full price; your refund will reflect what you actually paid for the merchandise. If we are not able to catch your order before it ships, you are responsible for arranging safe return of the merchandise to the original shipper, at your expense.

Holiday Returns:

Like everybody else, including our manufacturers and suppliers, we will close for Holidays. Christmas return requests will not be considered until the 5th of January in any year, as suppliers open for business once again. Contact us by email at customerservice@ecosleepshop.com and we will address requests after that date.

Manufacturer/Supplier policies (for informational purposes only)

Coyuchi:

Organic bedding can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Pre-authorization (RMA) is required. Coyuchi will exchange for a different size or fabric, or issue full refund, as long as it is returned in the original packaging, within the specified time frame, and has not been laundered (federal law prohibits resale of used bedding). Obviously used or damaged merchandise will not be refunded. Shipping and handling are not refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Holy Lamb Organics:

Unused, unwashed product may be returned within 30 days with Prior Authorization only. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Any product returned with a "personal odor" will be considered "used" and not be eligible for return.

Kumi Kookoon Silks Return Policy:

Non-refundable. Return authorization credit will be given ONLY for damaged merchandise, flawed merchandise and double shipments. All return claims are for merchandise credit only. No cash refunds will be issued. All return claims must be in writing and emailed to our office within ten (10) days of receiving merchandise. Please specify style number, quantity and reasons for return. All return claims for kumi kookoon silk received after 10 days of receiving merchandise will be declined for return. All returns without a valid kumi kookoon label will be declined.

Suite Sleep / Suite Comfort:

ONCE OPENED AND USED, refunds are not given due to the personal nature of organic mattresses and bedding products, which cannot be returned and have no resale value. Returns will not be accepted for opened product. All returns MUST be factory sealed in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Suite Sleep, Inc. has a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective items returned. PRIOR AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED for any return item.
