Returns and Exchanges Contact us
We want you to be happy with your purchase. The best way to avoid returns or issues is to be very sure the merchandise is what you really want to buy before checking out.
It is important you read and understand our Return and Exchange Policy, as checkout can not be completed without acknowledgement you have read, and and agree to, this policy. (EcoSleepShop Organics reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice, as required by our manufacturers and suppliers.)
First, please inspect your order when it is delivered. Do not accept damaged shipments. Where applicable, customers will be required to sign Proof of Delivery receipt from UPS; be sure to document any damage on this receipt.
Warranty / Guarantee PoliciesAll organic bedding, bamboo and eco silk merchandise is covered by specific manufacturer warranties.
Cancellation PolicyIf we are able to cancel your order before it ships, you will be refunded in full for the cancelled order. Please remember that in many cases you did not pay full price; your refund will reflect what you actually paid for the merchandise.
If we are not able to catch your order before it ships, you are responsible for arranging safe return of the merchandise to the original shipper, at your expense.
Return Policy
- If you wish to return any item that has already been shipped to you, you are responsible for round-trip shipping charges.
- Non-defective items must be authorized for return within 14 days from the delivery date. All organic bedding and Eco Silk items can only be returned if they are in their original packaging. Your credit card will be refunded once we receive confirmation from the supplier that the return has been received in resale condition.
- Our Manufacturers and suppliers require restocking fees that will be deducted from your refund for products that are not defective or shipped in error. Restocking fees are set by manufacturers, at 10% and 30% of the cost of the returned item.
- Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance require an RMA number with a return shipping address. Returns must be shipped directly to the supplier; not to EcoSleepShop Organics.
- ALL returns must unopened in their original packaging - not laundered, worn, or returned with household or personal odors, in order to be accepted for a refund.
- All organic bedding and Eco Silk merchandise must be returned in original unopened packaging. Federal law dictates that opened and used bedding can not be resold, so if in doubt, do not open organic bedding packages.
- IMPORTANT: Refunds will only be provided via the original payment method (e.g., PayPal or your credit card). No returns for cash under any circumstances.
ExceptionsDefective merchandise, or wrong item shipped: Please contact EcoSleepShop by email right away and we will arrange for the supplier to immediately send a replacement, and arrange a UPS Call Tag pickup at no cost to you.
The following products cannot be returned:
- Opened (removed from package) organic bedding and clothing items.

Washed or used clothing or linens

Used personal care products
- Sale or clearance items
- Returns due to Multiple-Chemical Sensitivities (MCS). Sorry, product returns based on claims of "contamination", or allergy claims will not be refunded.
- Returns due to claims of "false" or "misleading" advertising or information. Sorry, we do not engage in false or misleading advertising, or "bait and switch" strategies; so no such claims will be discussed, negotiated or compensated under any circumstances.
Holiday Returns:
Like everybody else, including our manufacturers and suppliers, we will close for Holidays. Christmas return requests will not be considered until the 5th of January in any year, as suppliers open for business once again. Contact us by email at customerservice@ecosleepshop.com and we will address requests after that date.
