The quality of our products is assured through our warranty service, outlined below.

Warranty – Your Assurance of Quality
Your Suite Sleep mattress has been hand-crafted with the finest materials available. We are dedicated to producing only the purest, finest quality of sleep systems.

The entire Suite Sleep Mattress Collection—a complete mattress or foundation set — is completely covered by a full 20 year warranty to the original purchaser. The accessory collection is covered by a three year warranty.

This warranty covers all components and covers against defects in materials and manufacturing. Should a failure occur in any of these components, including the spring, core, basic construction or cover, Suite Sleep will gladly repair or replace your mattress and/or box spring at our discretion. Should a needed material not be available, every effort will be made to replace it with one of equal or greater value. You will be asked only to cover the cost of shipping. The warranty is non-transferable.

Exchange & Refunds
Your credit card will be charge as soon as your order is placed. No refunds are given unless product is defective or damaged. If your product arrives defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. If customer is dissatisfied they can return for store credit or pay a 20% re-stocking fee. Customer must pay all shipping costs.

Helpful Tip
Attach your invoice or sales receipt to this card and file together in a safe place. Should you need to make a warranty claim, you will be asked to present your original invoice.

Limitation
While Suite Sleep strives to ensure your satisfaction, a few conditions beyond our control may invalidate this warranty.

• Our superior commitment to quality and natural materials result in a mattress so luxuriously dense that its weight must be supported and distributed properly across the foundation. As a result, this warranty may be invalidated should the mattress be used either without a foundation or with a box spring other than a Suite Sleep foundation that is made to match.
• If no foundation is purchase, the maximum distance between wood slat cannot exceed 2 inches.
• The foundation has not been properly supported.
• The mattress has been folded or bent.
• There are signs of improper care such as stains, burns or compacting due to insufficient turning or foundation support.

The natural components of your mattress will respond to the contours of the human body. Gentle body impressions and subtle shifts in support characteristics are perfectly normal and as such are not considered structural damage. This in no way diminishes the performance of your sleep system.

Please note Suite Sleep cannot be responsible for claims associated with the handles, normal wear, fading or stains to the cover, issues of firmness, allergies or sensitivities to materials. Mattresses or foundation sold “as is” or as “floor Model” are outside the coverage for this warranty as well.
